WDY Agent provides AI-powered customer communication solutions, including but not limited to: • Automated WhatsApp responses and customer support • Lead qualification and management • Appointment booking and scheduling • Customer engagement analytics • Integration with third-party platforms We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Not using the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose • Not attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service • Promptly notifying us of any security breach or unauthorized use

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. • Prices are listed in USD and may vary by region • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice • Late payments may result in service suspension • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of WDY Agent or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our services without prior written consent.

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or internet service failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WDY Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service • Any content obtained from the service • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
